Family Dollar review: Service

Personally harassed by manager. Approximately 60 days ago, I had to call the Baltimore City Police for intervention on the manager's conduct and service ( believe she stated her name to be Lucy). Tonight is the first time I have seen her since that occurred. She approached me as I shopped and asked if I remembered her. I answered 'no' and she told me that I was barred out of the store. This needs to be followed-up immediately. I been visiting this location for 30 years--even before it became Family Dollar and I have NEVER encountered such unprofessional service and behavior.
