I noticed the price of the lotion had rung up incorrectly and I alerted cashier. Her response was... What do you want me to do?... I told her that I wanted the lotion and my dollar back from each one. She called the manager and I explained the situation to him. He informs me that he wished that I had noticed the wrong price while she was ringing up items. Manager 1st stated that he has to sale item for price when scanned. I told him that as a customer that is Not what I have to do. I told manager that I look at my receipt later. I told him that I come to Family Dollar often and that is by no means my job. The entire time he was completing my return he had an attitude... he had ZERO customer service tactfulness! I also had 3 additional items that rung up wrong... he definitely was not Happy about that! After much waiting and attitude he gave me returns on everything!
I have been in and out of this Family Dollar for years... This is the very 1st time some thing of this nature has occurred. I feel as though he definitely needs some more experience working with public. Evey time that I see him he doesn't have a professional facade or nametag on.
QUESTION? How did he become a MANAGER? Will I visit this site again?... UNSURE!
