Ideal Image - Contract expiration

I have spent thousands of dollars with ideal image. I was sick with pneumonia for over 1 month and had to cancel an appointment. I informed the representative that I was going to call when I'm better given that we were in a global pandemic. At no point was I told that my contract was expiring or that it would be an issue. Mind you, the manager called me days before because at my last session the technician burned me and I was bleeding and cut in my anal area. She called to apologize and me being a loyal customer said it was ok I want going to escalate the situation I just didn't want the same technician. Weeks after they tell me I have to pay for my next 5 sessions because my sessions expired. I was sick for months. Why wasn't I told this when I called or when the manager called. I'm disappointed that no one has tried waiving my next 5 sessions after I paid on time and do not owe anyone any money. Before this I spent 3k upfront for another area in my body. I think this is unjust and unfair. I want this issue resolved or I will escalate because I was hurt during one of my sessions and didn't do anything the least ideal image can do is let me finish my 5 sessions instead
Of mentions an expiration on services for the first time in the last couple of years I've been paying for services..

Desired outcome: 5 sessions buttocks area to complete my treatment

Ideal Image - Misleading contact for services

I was misled into signing a service and loan contract and want to cancel both immediately. On 02/20/21 I called Ideal Image for a phone consultation about their services and package pricing. I had a virtual consultation with the representative, Natasha Moira. She was happy to go into detail about the services and quickly worked out a package deal pricing in the amount of $2, 650.00. I asked if they had any kind of financing offers available and she told me they partnered with Ally Lending for financing and that the application was a easy process. She kept me on the Skype call during the application process, emailing me links and talking to me about random things. When I saw wording for the interest plan & the interest rate, I was confused. Natasha explained that I would be getting promotional interest when I financed with them and a Lifetime Membership. (She also scheduled an appointment for service 02/28/21 and 04/08/21).
To my understanding, we were creating a promotional pricing plan for services and that I was signing up for a line of credit with set interest of 0% for 18 months just like I would at any retailer. There was absolutely no disclosure about the paperwork I was signing being a binding contract to receive services from ideal image, and/or that the financing was actually a direct loan that would be paid to Ideal Image up front. I only discovered this when trying to cancel the services and financing ONE day later.

I called Ally Lending on 02/22/21 to cancel and they processed my cancellation claim. The rep. Erica said that the claim should be processed within 2-3 days from being submitted and that I would hear back from someone regarding my request, she gave me a claim number, and said to follow up with Ideal Image.

I called Ideal image corporate line 20 mins later to cancel services and spoke with Kaycey, a client support team member
who told me I couldn't cancel my services because I had a contract. She clarified that I had gotten a loan, not a line of credit. I thought I was getting a line of credit and that the paperwork I signed in the contract was for guaranteed pricing on services and no interest payment plans.
Never once was the term LOAN used in my initial conversation. When I asked about credit she (Natasha) told me I had been approved for a higher dollar amount than I'd needed and they would only use what was needed when filling out the paperwork. Kaycey also stated that because Ideal Image and Ally are two separate entities, when the request to return the (unused) funds (2, 650.00) back to Ally was received it would be refused because it's a binding contact that can't be refunded EVEN IF NO SERVICES WERE RENDERED. I explained to her that had this information been disclosed in the beginning I would have NEVER signed anything. Not to mention all paperwork was signed electronically and the Skype call dropped twice in the middle of signing documents. It was NEVER mentioned that I HAD to receive services from Ideal Image. I explained to Kaycey that I had not received one treatment. I was canceling before any appointments and that I had just signed the paperwork 1 day ago. She told me that even if I received no treatment I still would be bound in a contract with Ideal image to pay for services because it couldn't be cancelled and that I had no recourse to cancel.

I told her I did not want the Lifetime membership nor any services with Ideal Image. She said she would send the monies back for the amount of $250.00 for the Lifetime membership but she couldn't cancel the contract. I told her if she could return $250.00 then she could absolutely refund the entire amount. However she just kept stating that I signed a contract. She stated that it was in the terms and conditions
"hyperlink". I then asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to Jessica. I again stated that I wanted to cancel everything and she said that I signed a contract. I explained that the Skype call dropped twice, there was no mention of a BINDING contract for services whether you received them or not and had this information been disclosed to me I would have NEVER signed ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY in the middle of a pandemic when job loss and job security are at an all time high!

The whole process of financing was misleading and predatory. I have received no services with this company. The fact that I was applying for a loan was never mentioned, the fact that I couldn't cancel my contract and financing was never mentioned, the fact that the Skype call dropped twice in the middle of signing documents, the fact that the terms and conditions "hyperlink" was NEVER MENTIONED nor pointed out and Natasha kept up a constant stream of conversation which was very distracting from what I was actually signing, so much so that my LEGAL Name is also spelled incorrectly on their contract!

Ideal Image was VERY misleading about their financing and what the services contract entailed. They are asking people to GUARANTEE they will receive services with them and to take out a loan, not a line of credit which is something they need to be COMPLETELY transparent about up front. Trying to argue later that there is a "hyperlink" between the pages of a contract that explains the terms and conditions is not full disclosure, it is predatory, misleading, and VERY BAD BUSINESS! Shame on you Ideal Image.

Desired outcome: I want Ideal Image to VOID my entire contract, and refund the lending company the full amount of $2,650.00 and want no reporting or harm to my credit score. This needs to be accomplished prior to 2/28/2021.

Do you mind sharing what you had to finally do to get the full refund?
