December of 2019 I contracted NWMS to transport my car from Ohio to Florida. At the same time I made a deposit* for the return transport of the same car back to Ohio ($150). The day before my car was to be picked up, I was informed there was a $100 cash increase in fee. When I discussed this with them, they agreed to deduct the $100 from the return transport ( I have this in writing). When the covid virus hit I decided to return to Ohio (March) and drive myself to avoid the airplane trip. Actually the timing was good, since the quarantine orders came very soon thereafter. I have spoken to "customer service " several times and left several messages.
An additional note is that the driver left my Camry Hybrid running when he delivered and parked my car (2 days earlier than I was told) ! When I arrived, my car was dead and I had to have it towed to a dealer. Needless to say, a real hassle two days before Christmas.
I would like to have the $150 refunded to me.
*that credit card is recently no longer active
I keep getting transferred to Customer Service - once they said they were working on it. After that, an answering machine ...
