I was in the Addison Place Chick-fil-a and ordered some food to take home to my children for dinner. I got about 5 miles away, when, luckily, I got into some of the fries and noticed that there was food missing from my order. I drove all the way back through rush hour traffic, to get the missing food. However, when I told a clerk what happened, the manager told her, "I gave her two bags, just let her have it" like I was trying to swindle free food. I work hard and don't need some manager, that wouldn't talk to me, acting like I'm trying to cheat. The irony is that a woman behind me, also went through the drive thru and had missing items in her bag. Neither of us received a receipt. My order was confirmed twice before I picked it up, but the people filling the food orders could not get it right, and had me very upset when I tried to get the food I had already paid for. Even though I love Chick-fil-A, I will not be back.
Desired outcome: Employees need better training in Customer Service.
