I would like to bring suit again Ideal Image. They falsely advertise their products and services and then do not back the customer with a resolution when things do not turn out as planned. I paid quite a bit of money for my botox and it seems to be diluted so much that it was ineffective. I had a follow up appointment and had to pay more for that appointment also, and still the same result. The company has called and apologized but not helped me in a resolution. I see there are a lot of other people that are unhappy with their service. Please assist me in going forward with a class action suit.
