March 4th, 2023, a friend and I entered a Racetrack fuel station because my friend needed to use the restroom. The location was at 9089 Immoklolee Rd. Naples, Florida 34120. The time was approximately 9:15 - 9:45 pm. We even made a purchase so there were no questions asked. Associate #1 refused saying she was not allowed to use the restroom because she just cleaned it, and she was not about to re-clean it again. I was even pleading with her just to let her use it. Her reply was to go to a Mcdonald's a few blocks away. After still disputing back and forth, associate #2 walked from the cashier location where my friend then asked her well then, I would like to return cigarettes that was purchased. Associate #2 said no returns on cigarettes as she snatched the bag from her. No returns but she snatched back the bag which was fully paid for. I intern grabbed the item from associate. #2 back. Appeared that associate #2 was now going to steel the item. At this point I was thrown to the floor and brutally attacked with injuries by associate #2. Police arrived and after reviewing the video footage, associate #2 was then arrested for felony assault. I tried communicating with corporate, but I was told they were not allowed to take my report and they needed to first speak with the store manager. I notified the store manager and gave him my story concerning the incident.

Today i have come into the store twice between the times of 3 and 9 both times ive come in to a woman named Yves harassing another employee. This young man was clearly doing more work than she was and to witness Yves speak to another employee the way i did was shameful. The other employees name is Nicholas and i come in all the time as a regular. I have become very fond of Nicholas. He is always polite and kind and has his signature "stay safe and have a nice day". Sadly this has not been the first encounter i have seen with this woman Yves and i am surprised to see her still working at this store. She is rude with customers and commands others to do her work. After seeing her treat the young man with such disrespect Nicholas had to take a moment to collect himself. I feel extremely sorry for him having to come to work- a place hes usually at his top knotch at- and see him sad and being mistreated. I consider this work place harassment and i refuse to return to this location as a paying customer until this woman has been put on a leave. Or fired. Unprofessional. Absolutely unprofessional. Shame on this location for allowing an employee like this to work with the public. I would like to take this time to put note to the fact that this other employee Nicholas has been nothing but a great employee since ive started coming to this location. Hes usually at his register and has a wonderful aura. He has taken care of myself and ofther with speed and kindness and i do hope that this young man gets the kind of credit he deserves. Itll be a shame if he quits after what this woman has said to him and treated him. I know i wouldnt stand for such embarrassing treatment. Bravo Nicholas for holding yourself high with respect for your job.
