Sam's Club

I was at Sam's Club in Naples Florida this saturday at 8am to get gas. As I got out of my car some sicko attacked me verbally.. I couldn't see this nut case.. He was on the other side pumping gas into his car as I got out of my car I always lock my doors being I have police in my family and my husband's side of the family.. They always told me to always lock your car as your pumping gas so many people dont and that is how alot get robbed as they are pumping gas someone can run up and grab your pocketbook as your pumping your gas.. So for that reason I always lock my doors.. Good habit.. Well this nutcase on the other side has the gall to say out loud to me I dont know why your locking that piece of [censored] no one is going to steal that [censored]ing car... I was blown away for this lowlife to even say anything to me when I dont even know who this nut case is.. I said to this nut case I hope your not talking to me pal.. Next thing I know he really went at it calling all these curse words.. I said to him you kiss your mother with that mouth figuring that would have him realise how bad was he acting towards me and I dont even know this nut case.. Besides I have too much class to even associate with a low life like this guy.. What a real pig.. I was very taken back.. What I was upset about is the worker just stood there and didn't even come over to protect me from this so called customer who was cursing at me as I was pumping my gas minding my own business.. I wasn't going to let this nut case think he could keep on cursing me out.. That is not normal.. It was noted this guy is a nutcase.. He spit at me and threw something at me.. I never saw this nut case in my life.. The worker did not come to help me at all.. When I called the police they told me they couldn't see anything sam's club's camera.. They said all they saw was 2 dots.. That really got me very upset.. A billion dollar company and sam's club has the cheapest piece of crap just to say they have a camera? what good is a camera if the police can't see anything.. That is so very dangerous.. With all their money to not even care about the customer had me so upset even more.. This nutcase would have attacked me if I was there by myself.. But to have the cops tell me that they couldn't see anything excepted for 2 dots had me even more upset.. That is a disgrace that sam's club a billion dollar company seems to only care about the money and not the safety of their customers.. If I would have gotten attack with this nut case trust me I would sue sam's club for not having a better camera.. If it was their mother or their daughters or wife would they be ok if the cops couldn't go after this sicko cause their cameras suck? I am so upset that sam's club would put in such crap that the cops couldn't even see who this guy was not even his car because the camera's are so lousy at the gas station.. What a disgrace.. Maybe if something like this happens to sam's clubs daughters or their wife or their mother they will understand having a piece of crap of a camera that the cops couldn't see anything didn't help me at all.. I feared for my life being attacked by this nut case.. It was a good thing my husband wasn't there trust me.. That nut case wouldn't have walked away.. Trust me.. Sam's club you need to have better cameras at every pump so that the cops can see the person and all the other people getting gas at these pumps not just 2 dots.. That is a disgrace.. All the money that sam's club makes and they have the gall to put in some peace of cheap crap camera's and can't see anything.. That is so wrong.. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen.. Get better camera so that it shows who is at your gas station pumps and get your worker to do their job instead of standing there doing nothing.. That worker should have called the police when this nut case was attacking me.. I was on sam's club's property... The least you can do is get better workers and get good cameras that your customers are safe.. I wasn't safe there at all.. Very scary.. That nut case was about 6'4.. I would say a good 240lbs and scared the hell out of me.. Do I need to go on national tv and tell these new channels that my life was not safe at their gas station and how sam's club just has any piece of crap of a camera which did not help the police at all.. They saw nothing.. Even 7/11 has good camera so they can see everything.. They can see the color of the clothes the license plates etc.. That is what you should have all the cameras on the property to protect the customers.. Not some piece of crap just to say there are cameras there.. If I would have called the cops that guy would have attacked me for sure.. I did fear for my life but I didn't let him know that... You cant let them know your afraid.. That is what gets you killed.. But this guy was a nut case for sure.. Sam's club get better camera... What a disgrace..
