Harassed by manager, Brad, and service poor after issue. Contacted headquarters and promised director would contact me. Week has gone by and there has been no contact. I sincerely hope they fall by the wayside as other businesses have because of their poor poor service, food and customer relations. A new corporation owns the franchises, they are no longer Darden Enterprises, and new company seems not to give a darn. Very sad for a chain that used to be exemplary!
Desired outcome: The dismissal of Brad who has no managerial expertise. A refunbd of total check and refund of tips to server that Brad should have to cover for encouraging her to provide poor service.
