I am appalled by the service. Apparently the gas pumps were not working. My husband swiped the pump with our card, it took 25 cent then I went in and played 20.00. My husband tried pumping the gas it didn't pump anything. I went in side to complain and jontaya who already looked like she had a bad day told me to wait she will go find out... 15 min later I went up to her and asked jeet what was going on she said the pumps ate not working. I asked for my money back she said they're is no record of me paying 20.00 then rolled her big eye balls and kept sneering. I asked her to print out a receipt and she got upset and told me I can't get my money back there Is no record. So im writing this complaint and I will contact corporate. I am upset that someone like her should not be working in customer service, jontaya has a very bad attitude. Jontaya should be working in pine hills with that attitude and look.
