Roses Discount Store

I bought a package of mens boxer briefs and they were to small is size. I went back to store to return and was told the store don’t accept underwear returns even though package and item was not opened. The store manager never offered a refund for product either nor credit for something else within store. This is not a fair practice. The manager wanted to argue and gave me a rude attitude when I asked for a refund, I advised this was not explained to me on day of purchase. She didn’t seem to care nor advised me of anything in terms of returning item. She was the manager of this store who works in Tuesday at 6pm. I will file a complaint with the city Palm Bay about the treatment of customers or color people, you have a manager who profile people by there color, Total Racist Store employees who work there . I tell you about my Self I pay taxes and property’s taxes of business in this town, I’m very unhappy the way this two white women handle the situation, they both acted like junk. I demand a phone call from your company, We are not having this kind of business in this city of Palm Bay.
