Ryan Homes - Rat/mice in my villa

I purchased a Villa in Parkland, Florida 20 months ago. I have had a rat/mice problem in and out of my home.
I have had to leave my home on several occasions because of this problem.
I spent a half a million dollars to live with Rats/Mice. I have begged Ryan to help me. There MUST be an opening in my villa or they are moving from villa to villa. I was even told by Advantage the company that does the pest control for the property that they only way to get rid of them is to treat all of the villas.
My car cost $800.00 to fix the wires because a rat chewed thru and recently a rat was on my driveway.
I have lived in Parkland for 30 years and this is the only community where the builder DOESN'T care.

Desired outcome: To help me once and for all get rid of the rat/mice problem in my home and reimburse me for all of the monies that I have spent on pest control.
