First and foremost, the floors in our home continue to exhibit concerning levels of squeaking and creaking, reminiscent of an older property rather than a newly constructed one. While both Greg and Doug have made efforts to address this issue, they have repeatedly dismissed our concerns by asserting that such noises are "normal." However, it is evident that this issue is far from ordinary, as confirmed by a professional home inspector whom we engaged to assess the situation. Attached to this email, you will find both video and audio evidence substantiating our claims regarding the persistent floor problems.
Furthermore, we have encountered numerous nail pops throughout the house, totaling in the hundreds. Despite assurances from Greg that these would be promptly addressed, the contractors assigned to the task failed to rectify the issue satisfactorily. Subsequently, Greg and Doug purportedly completed the repairs themselves, only for us to discover that the problems persist. Not only were the nail pops left unresolved, but our crown molding also bears numerous visible defects. Shockingly, Greg and Doug have outright refused to address these issues, leaving us deeply dissatisfied with the quality of service provided.
Additionally, attached to this email, you will find the comprehensive report compiled by the home inspector, highlighting numerous violations and deficiencies within our home that have not been addressed by Ryan Homes' warranty team.
Despite numerous attempts to communicate with Greg, Doug, and Ryan Homes' corporate office, we have yet to receive any meaningful response or assistance. As of today, I am still awaiting return phone calls from all parties involved, further exacerbating our frustration and sense of neglect.
In light of the ongoing failures to address our concerns and provide adequate solutions, I urge you to prioritize the resolution of these issues promptly. We entered into this agreement with the expectation of receiving a well-built and properly maintained home, and it is disheartening to find ourselves continually met with disappointment and disregard.
