Our house was inspected by Alliance Home Inspections on April 4. Post-purchase, we found issues not reported: a damaged roof section, a jammed cellar window, a rotten hardwood floor area, a broken kitchen faucet, and a non-functional laundry room light. The inspector agreed to refund $400 of the $450 fee but has yet to return any money. Repairs will exceed $1000.

I had a home inspection done by Alliance Home Inspections on 10/16. The inspection cost me $1125 and an additional $550 for a total of $1675. Unfortunately, the inspection missed several major issues with the home that were obvious to the naked eye. I tried to contact the company multiple times, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. They didn't even offer to come out and see the issues or try to make things right. The issues included 5 leaking sinks, a leaking shower pan, plumbing without a trap or vent that released poisonous gases into the home, 3 exhaust fan points and a washer vent that weren't vented outside, and more. These issues should have been caught during the inspection, but they didn't do a good job. I tried to dispute this with the company and my credit provider, but it didn't work. This has cost us a lot of money and put our health at risk. It's not acceptable and we might have to take legal action if they don't fix it.
