I purchased an eyeglass frame on July 20, 2020 at the Port Charlotte Florida Sams. I paid 139.00 for the frame. The frame is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. My frame is falling apart so I took it in yesterday to get it replaced. I was told by the rude woman that waited on me it was no longer available. I would have to pick out a new frame and have my old prescription put in it. I said can't I go get a eye exam and pay for the new lenses and get credit for the broken frame. She said no. They would have to use the old prescription which I purchased from the Sams in Cincinnati Ohio. She then said since I did not get the lenses at the Port Charlotte store there was nothing she could do. I said can you look at them and see if you can fix them. She said No I can't fix them. So I said I guess I am out $139.00 then and she just looked at me. Worst service ever. I feel like I should be refunded the $139.00 for the broken frame.
Desired outcome: Refund $139.00
