Hello, my name is Nancy and we purchase a leather sectional back in december 2022. Making payments, the sectional cost nearly 5 thousand dollars. After 3 months , we star notice the material getting really wrinkle and old looking, call store, they send a man to take a look at it and took pictures, The man told me the only thing he could do be to add more patting on the recliner we used most but the wrinkles won't go away, also he replay that the rest of sectional would eventually would do the same. Meaning the quality is not good. " 5K product"
went to store to speak to manager, the lady on the counter say he was very busy, so I told her our problem. She say that our only option was to take another sectional the same product. I told her I do not want this bad product the I am paying high dollar for it to de really old in less than a year. That would be crazy ! After that a guy setting next to her just listening, stand up and say that he is the manager. " No busy at all as she was saying" The manager told me that we can replace for different sectional of the same value. He was very rode just like the lady. I told the manager that we do not want this product, is really bad and need to be pick it up out of our home, And we do not like the service of the store at all. Super rude. I file a complain with credit card , is under investigation. Is been now about 5 months. They refuse to pick up the sectional. We stock with this horrible super expensive sectional in our living-room . I stop making payments of course .
You would never expect to pay 5K for a piece a furniture that looks like this in 3 months. Thanks
