Hi my name is jamie I am wrighting a complaint on store number 8539 phone number associated with this store is [protected] this store is located at 6220 marylympa way punta gorda florida 33950 the customer service representative andrea who works 7-3 shift is young and extremely rude she has absolutely no customer service skills and should not be working with or around any people as she does not have the appropriate set of skills to qualify as a customer service agent as she engages in arguments with the customers witch is the number one rule in customer service is the customer is always right "as long as the customer is behaving in a appropriate manner"anyways as my complaint goes I will continue to tell about the incenident that occurred on may 6th 2020 around 215 pm.. I am a nurse as the pandemic crisis continues your stores help out ll healthcare workers by allowing them to get polar pops "only"free of charge.. This is very appreciative for me as well as any other health care workers I went into the store that day at 230 like I said and she saw I was getting a polar pop I had all my credentials with me but she wanted to be nasty ingage in a argument with her and her reason being was this I had complemented a cashier and told her a older lady that she had very good customer service she smiled and was always happy!"andrea butted in as I was complementing the nice older cashier and she just started rambling on about i'm rude I shouldn't get drinks I argue with her I harassed her witch number one none of that is true. Number 2 the manager that always is eating when customers come in should have spoke up and reprimanded her employee as it looks bad for both of them especially the manager as she cant even control her own cashier who continued to argue with me telling me how rude I am. The reason shes got such a attitude with me is because the other day when I was in I did not have my badge I had my id and my nursing license she was not going to give me the drink that day a clear power trip but that day the manager said go ahead... And that loss of power has clearly upset little miss princess with no customer service skills what so ever... Now it's stupid every single time I have been going in that store 25 years I live right down road a block away I was born in this area no little snot with no clue how we nurses risk our health every single day and just dont get what we deserve.. Honestly I earn every single dollar I make as well as polar pops are not for little miss witch to decide shes ruining business there she is rude rolls her eyes noone from this neighborhood wants to even deal with her there already starting to go to a differant store just not to deal with the rudeness and rushiness of her she complains if someone has lotto let's them know she has a long line and doesn't have time to assist them / or deal with lotto tickets because she has to much to do! She said it just like that as she huffing and rolling her eyes. Circle k is going to loose business because us regular people that have lived here forever dont want the headache of her attitude or shortness with people she needs to be properly trained on customer servce satisfaction because shes terrible please repremand this employee I will call several times a day to complain I am so upset to have someone like andrea completely disregard our nurse appreciation week thank u my gmail is [protected]@gmailcom again thank u please follow up and resolve this issue as it is not acceptable thanks...
