The first clerk... I do not know her name, her accent was british, I felt as though I were truly putting her out! I rode my bike to her location and when I reached the store... I realized I didn't have my wallet... I was upset because I didn't know where I had previously left it... At anyrate my husband was going to use our credit card, but I didn't have my green beauty card... I asked if she could look it up... After sighs and some really bad body language, she finally took down all my numbers, I am a snow bird and have 4 possible telephone numbers associated with your company... Finally telling me that none of them were accurate... I left the store asking her too please hold my items... She did... But it clearly was an inconvenience for her... I rode my bike back to my home and thank goodness I found my wallet! I returned by car... Only too have encountered another rude clerk, her name is kimberley, her initials are kat... She also gave me such attitude that I returned home after purchasing a few things there... I am so exasperated that I would like too speak with a customer service representative via telephone and tell your company that these two employees cannot be good for your business...
