I have spent over $6500 for this travel club including the upgrades and renewals they force on you and have not been able to use it once. I purchased this travel club to eliminate my traveling problems, (which is what they promise) not have more problems. When I called for airfare, it was priced higher than right off the internet. They had no travel locations available when requested, yet the other travel agencies had plenty. You can't get prices from them it's almost impossible. I spent more time playing phone tag with them. To be honest this has been nothing but a headache dealing with them. Not to mention once you finally get a hold of them I would always get much better prices than them on hotels. We had several family members call to get prices they receive the same type of run around. They don't want to use this company either it's way to much work for something you have to research on your own. Now you cannot even get to their website, or contact the company. This company is a scam.
Desired outcome: Would like a refund of my $6500.My email is [protected]@gmail.com
Coast to Coast Grand Getaways - Travel service
I signed up for the life time membership with a fee of $4, 995.00 on 01/10/2012. Then on 04/08/2013 grand getaways called my home and got my mother. They told her I needed to renew my membership and they would send all kinds of travel vouchers to us. She fell for it and paid $539.00 with her credit card. I called several times to complain and informed them I had a life time membership, that I did not need to renew. They give me a run around and now my mom has a membership. Then on 10/20/2015 they call again. Got my mom on the phone, she begs them to not charge her credit card that she does not travel and she needs to talk to her daughter. They charge her credit card anyway. So $6, 073.00 and I have not had one single trip. Truly a rip off. And I fell for it. Pray that no one else will not fall for their sale pitch and lies.

I have been fighting to cancel my membership and get a refund for almost 18 months! They never delivered what was promised and never responded to my many many complaints.
They wore me down into signing up for a $2000+ package after holding me and my wife hostage for almost 5 hours at a hotel in Miami. They made many promises of free trips, free airline tickets and other incentives if i signed up for their vacation club. It took almost a year of follow up just to get the login to their website, despite nearly a dozen messages left without a response. They somehow got their hands on my new CC number and started billing me there. To this day, i never received my free trips they promised!
Finally, one of the managers told me that if i settled with them for a one-time-payment of an additional $539, that would settle all future payments and they would issue my welcome kit and free trips (over a year later by this point), which i was naive enough to believe. Not only did they send my free trip vouchers, but they continued to charge my CC and perform collection phone calls.
This company scams people out of their hard earned money, giving 3 days to cancel, yet tells you to wait 14 days for your welcome kit, website login and free incentives. By the time you never get it, the cancellation period is over. And good luck trying to get someone on the phone that can help you. You can expect to be transferred several times - if you ever reach a live person. Even their managers speak down to you and threaten you if you refuse to pay, after receiving nothing for your money.
You would be foolish to make the same mistakes i made..

Coast to Coast Grand Getaways - Charged without my consent
I was a customer of Coast to Coast Grand Gateways and paid for their annual membership. It was about a time for this membership to end and somewhere around this time I've noticed a charge made by this company. I called them and they explained me that it is renew cost for my membership. What a hell, I didn't give my consent for it... They need to ask me before taking any money from my account.
They did the same thing to me
Coast to Coast Grand Getaways - Travel Club Fraud
My husband and I were duped by Grand Getaways, a Coast to Coast Travel Company (also known as Grand Getaways Vacation Club, Grand Incentives) for $4, 900! Their principal place of business is at 64 Inverness East, Englewood, CO 80112 and they have a Member Care Center at 756o Commerce Ct, Sarasota, Florida 34243. The club is supposedly licensed and bonded...

You can't get prices from them it's almost impossible. I spent more time playing phone tag with them. To be honest this has been nothing but a headache dealing with them. Not to mention once you finally get a hold of them I would always get way better prices than them on hotels. It took three weeks to get a condo price down at Rocky Point Mexico, that I had better prices from Redweek.com on. They had done some more research for a better price. They finally came in with a better price, wow it was like pulling teeth... Why did they not have that price for me to begin with... They're suppose to give me the best prices and they don't. I have to do a ton of work for a vacation club company that I paid for... Believe it or not they don't even know how to research great prices for vacations.. I have to do the work to get prices myself and by the time you get a hold of them they come in with some outrageous prices... oh but don't worry they'll match the price... so basically on every trip that I want to take I have to do all the work to have them match it... so tell me what the heck did I purchase? It's a Scam...
I called for a price to stay at the Westin in Cancun. I wound up booking it without them, they couldn't touch the price I got... Not to mention it was such a hassle to deal with them... The one vacation I booked with them in Rocky Point it took like two months to get a hotel confirmation from them that we had to continually call and ask for... I paid for this vacation in full like two months ago and couldn't get a confirmation from them. What type of company is this? They take your money without any type of confirmation?
We had several family members call to get prices they receive the same type of run around. They don't want to use this company either it's way to much work for something you have to research on your own anyhow... What's the point?
I contacted the credit card company and I will not pay a penny more for this type of no service...
Beware of this company it's a definite scam...

We paid them $8,495.00 for nothing. They never have anything you can book or schedule. They just take your money and they tell you you can’t cancel. I want a full refund. I’m looking into the possibility of filing a class action lawsuit since clearly I’m not the only victim. This company is despicable.
Grand Getaways keeps calling me every 3 to 4 months asking for over 500.00 for my yearly membership, not only do I get annoyed with them but they
get really snotty and rude with me, so now I just tell them I am too busy to speak with them, doesn't pay to argue with them it gets you nowhere, I too am trying to sell my membership I told them too, I would be willing to give away my membership just to not have to bother with this crazy, sleazy company ever again.
I totally agree with what the individual had to say above. You are absolutely exhausted from dealing or haggling with them about your vacation. If you had a normal agent, you simply tell them what you are looking for and they research it and get back to you with options. The agent at Go Grand Getaways kept my husband on the phone nearly for an hour while she was trying to navigate her inventory and basically came up with nothing that could compare to what we found on the internet ourseleves. It is extremely difficult trying to plan anything with this company. I've had my membership for nearly three years and have never ever used their services and I only paid a small price of $4900!

We spent a large part of our life savings on this scam.We are senior citizens living on a small retirement check. Does anyone know how we all could work together on this and get one of the T.V.shows involved., shows such as 60 minuets or American Greed etc. This would make a great segment for them.I feel sure there would be lots of people who could give testimony needed.
