This extended stay hotel is absolutely disgusting. The sheets look as if they have footprints on them and they don't clean the rooms until after 2 weeks. A footprint was on the sheet! Eeewwww thats dusgusting! And if you want your room cleaned, you have to pay and extra $25. They don't offer you new sheets or more than one towel even though there are two people staying in the room. The front desk service is absolutely also, as well as the maid service. My elderly father was asking the manager a question, and the maid starting to be very rude to him and very condescending. She then proceeded to explain to him with an extended stay meant as if he couldn't comprehend what those words meant. The staff is not helpful at all. The entire place is disgusting as well as the staff's attitude. The person at the front desk name is shanera and she was not helpful. When I called the corporate number, they refer you to the person at the front desk, but if they aren't helpful either, who am I supposed to go to? We then asked for the name of the maid so that we could report her, and we were told that she would not give us the lady's name. 3530 apalachee pkwy, tallahassee, fl 32311, usa this is the location that we are staying at. Absolutely disgusting people! We paid cash money and were told that they would have to send us our refund through the mail! How idiotic is that? We will never be back here again and I will make sure that I warn as many people as possible to stay away from this place! You will heavily regret it!
