JPMorgan Chase - my missing atm deposit

Hello to whom it may concern,

My name is Teejuana Young-Dunn I am contacting you because on 8/22/15 9:48am I made a cash deposit of $430 in the drive thru ATM (terminal #FL0205) at 6399 West Commercial Blvd Tamarac, FL 33319 and in the middle of my transaction the ATM shutdown. I have attached pictures that I took of the shutdown for your review. I went inside to make a complaint and one of the bankers made a claim for me (Claim# [protected]) and they credit my account for the $430. On 9/18/15 in the morning I noticed my account was overdrawn and saw the claim was denied and $430 was withdrawn from my account. I spoke with the claims supervisor Tracy and she told me the claim was denied because the ATM didn't show any overage. Basically they are saying I didn't deposit any money at all in the ATM which is a lie. I am not sure if it was a glitch in the ATM or if someone took my money for it to show there was no overage or that my money is missing and I for sure put money in there. I know the video will show me putting money in the ATM so I asked if there was anyway they could check the camera to prove I put money in the ATM they told me that they don't do that. So I went back to the bank where it happened 6399 West Commercial Blvd Tamarac, FL 33319 9/19/15 9:50am and spoke to the branch manager Calbon F. Gayle and ask him if there was anyway for them to look at the footage from that day to prove I made the deposit after speaking with someone on the phone he told me the exact same thing the claims people did. He also told me that I would have to make a police report to access the footage. Mr. Gayle also mentioned that the ATM's are handled by a outside contractor Loomis. Then I went to the police station and they told me that this is a civil matter and they don't do police reports for this that I should contact Chase corporate office or file a lawsuit. Now I decided to start here so I would love if you could help resolve my issue. I would hate to have to take this to court over $430. To Chase $430 may not be much but to me it is all I had. This is why I am willing to do what I have to get my money back.
