I am 79 years old and was in the Optical Business for 30 years and come from an Optical family of two OD's and 5 Opticians. The exam by Dr. Barrido was the worst in 40 years of wearing glasses. His exam totaled no more than 15 minutes and produced an RX that was unwearable. Both my RX and my wifes was reduced from the previous RX's. Visual acuity doesn't get better with age.
Desired outcome: My wife and I need reexamined.

Sam's Club - Very unpleasant and disturbing experience at check out and the gas pump.

I pulled in front of a car and waited to get gas. Another car pulls in about 5 mins later behind the car I was in front of, My pump was on the right side so I pulled in the front. I had been waiting for the man to finish. When the man was done I was told to move by the gas attendant I advised him I was here first to look at the cameras, he was very rude and said no he was calling the manager and I was content with waiting till the manager came out knowing I was there first and I should not have to move. My gas pump is on the right side why would that make sense. I advised there are no arrows to tell me I have to go in any direction. The man who was blocking the man backed up and I was able to get gas. As he should have because he pulled in after me. I don't appreciate the gas attendant being so rude. I was there first yet he walked up to me insisting I needed to move. I felt I needed to report this. This store usually had nice attentive gas attendants. But not anymore, I was there to get gas the month before and the gas attendant just sat in a box while the lady I was waiting behind to get gas chatted two lanes over for almost 15 min. Till she saw I was trying to get the attendant's attention and came and moved her car. I have been going to Sams club for two decades and my family being military has always looked for the same service worldwide least in the U.S. I went into the store after getting gas and the attendant being so rude to shop and complain but felt the complaint is unwarranted at this location. Maybe if I contact your corporate office someone would look into the employees. As I checked out on 8/28/2021 after getting then shopping. Says the Ladies' name Shannon. TC #743649785923557398498 at 16:35 = 4:35 pm the lady who checked us out told us she was being timed. So we hurried and helped put the groceries up on the lane although the basket is on her side. my sister and I both helped unload the cart. Then she starts ringing out our items. I was not aware I was supposed to be loading the cart back up while she scanned the items. I hurried over to the cart and begun to load the items back into the cart. I was rushed from the time I got to her lane till I was to load up my items as she scanned them. Also, I want you to know I feel it's wrong to have people load up the items as they are scanned. If I'm going to a lane to be scanned its because I have purchased a lot and I have severe arthritis my joints have begun to turn and deform my hands. What the heck are yall thinking not loading the cart back up. Its one thing to stand in a line and know I'm doing it myself but another to be surprised on the other end with groceries thrown at you due to a rushed, timed cashier trying not to got past a time limit. Please review the tape and who worked on the gas pump TC [protected] ON 8/28/2021 AT3:37 PM AND advise them it is a first come first serve gas pump with no arrows of how my car should be pulled in to get gas. The man was rude and refused to hear anything. I felt he was very racist and sexist. He saw I was there first and I even said review the camera I was here first. Hee said no you move now!. I said no I was here first and he should call the manager. He was beyond rude and embarrassing. Also wasting my time after I was sitting there waiting I was yelled at and treated so rude. I am copying this letter and will find out how to send it via writing and email. I love Sams club but I'm tired of being treated so rudely at this location! I felt the manager was already going to take the gas attendant's side that's why I didn't go to the store to complain. Someone should know what's going on there. I have gotten gas at many Sam's Club and never have I such an experience as the last two times at this Sam's club. I shop there for a decade at least and it has become unpleasant to get gas and check out. You should have the checkers put the groceries back in the cart. Especially if they unload it. Or a handicap line for people who need help. But seems every Sams check out is different now. My experience has been very unpleasant. Both at the gas pump and check out. 8/28/2021 I have y receipts and will be reaching out to hopeful;y someone who can make changes not just sweep it under the table!
Desired outcome: I would like to have a good experience at the gas pump and check out inside without feeling rushed to help get my groceries quick as I can.
Sam's Club - Tire installation service
I recently ordered on line some tires from Sams Club and they arrived
with no issues however I made an appointment to have them installed for Monday the 16th of Decemeber at 11am. While I was told this would take an hour or so. We left the car at Sams overnight. My tires where not installed until today (12/17) at about 12noon. The person installing had serveral issues first we had to get a wheel lock that was missing and so we did. Then we had to take a wrench in so that the mechanic could take the bolts off but he could not take these off so my friend had to step in and he was able to remove them. Something that was suppose to take 1 hour went on for 24 hrs.
I have been a loyal Sam's member for many years and have never has a negative experience. I probably will continue to shop at Sam's but I will stay away from the tire department as I am unconfrotable with there installation expertise.
I hope that this complaint encourages Sams to review the tire installation process and competency of employees.
