On July 9th 2021. I got gas at 8418 20th street Vero Beach, Florida. 32966.
The General manager was working. The pay at the pump wasn't working, so I went inside to get $20 in gas. The Manager, messed up and put the amount on the wrong pump. I went back in and he said he cancelled it and came to the pump where he made me use my Card again. I told him my concerns about having to use my card, since he had already processed the other transaction. He assured me it was cancelled and wouldn't show a double charges. It showed up as a double charge. I went back to the station the next day and he told me it was probably pending and to wait Monday the 12th. I called and he told me he knows he cancelled it, but come by and he would see what he could do. I told him that I lived pretty far away and I would be back in the area on the 16th. He wasn't there on the 16th like he said he would be. The acting Manager on duty told me that she wouldn't call him to find out what to do and that I would have to come back while he was there. I got upset and raised my voice and said that I lived over 30 miles away. She called me and [censored] and I dared her to call me that again. She yelled it out the second time. I called the station on the 20th and got ahold of the Manager and I told him I was tried of playing games and that I was going to my bank and have them file the transaction as fraud. He said that if I got a printout hard copy showing the double charge that he would give me double for my troubles. $40 dollars he said. I went to the bank and got the hard copy and then tried to call the station several times within a 6 hour span. They told me would be back in an hours the first time, an hour and a half later I called and he wasn't there. 2 hours later I tried again. the person answering the phone sounded mad and said he wasn't there. The next times I tried calling, no one would answer and it went to voicemail. The voicemail was full and would take a message. Now today the 21st I got ahold of the Manger and he told me to come down and he would be there. I drove all the way down there and showed him the bank statement and he was reluctant to give me anything. He acted disgusted and gave me a $20. I said you told me you'd give me $40 for the trouble he put me through. He said he didn't think his boss would like that. I told him he shouldn't have promised me. He shrugged him shoulders and said oh well. I travel a few times a year, to the mid-west and stop at SUNOCO on the way. I will never stop at another, because if you let people like him represent your fuel service. Who tried to commit fraud and then lie to me. It's not worth my while to chance getting gas from service stations the has your fuel.

I want to know what you're going to do about this man that's supposed to be representing your fuel service.
Desired outcome: I want some kind of restitution on who you choose to represent the sales of your SUNOCO fuel.
