When i check in to my hotel Saturday evening i ask for a late checkout at noon and the desk clerk told me that will not be an issue and that is fine but i will have to ask the desk in the morning which i know that because i also do front desk at a hotel and been at my job for 9 years so i know all the procedures i just wanted them to mark in the notes that i will be requesting a late checkout the lady who check me in was great but when i woke up Sunday morning around 8am i went and ask the front desk clerk which is Robin for a late checkout so immediately said NO WE ARE NOT GIVING LATE CHECKOUTS TODAY . I said I'm sorry but i really need a late checkout because we drove 4 hours away to come here because my boyfriend family threw him a birthday party and we stay up all night we only came to the hotel around 6pm to put ours bags up and left out and didn't return back until after 3am she kept saying no and then said I'm not going to argue with you about it and walk away. she then came back and look at me in a nasty way and said no again i said you are not supposed to be having an bad attitude dealing with customer services she was like oh well and walk off again so i left went back to my room and came back at 11 i ask for a receipt she was like do didn't get one when you check in and i was please just give me a receipt . she was so rude. the hotel was very clean and nice everything was beautiful, but this staff robin made my stay so bad.
