On 05/19/2020 I enter the 2108 East Albany Pizza Hut where a fat guy was sitting I think his name was Charles a Manager that what is says on my receipt also I called back at the loction [protected] he told me his nameand I called him to complain about my service First I went into the location the doors was open he and the young girl that was there working had no mask and no gloves will handling food and money they wasn't practice CDC/State Guidelines He refused to take my order at the location he said I would have to call or do it online I told him I left my phone and I didn't have acess to a computer he was rude and the girl was rude she came from the back with no glove no mask eating food then I went outside shethen locked the door i went home to get my phone to call in my order she answered the phone got my information and she said carry out or deliver i said deliver then she said we don't deliver at your location i then said i just got a deliver last week with no problem then she put me on hold gave a guy the phone he said he was going do it this time and it would be a hour before they can come i said ok long as its not cold when i got my food it was cold, no cheese, and the slices was so small. the called back and asked his name and that i was going to file a complain someone also put on my receipt this address is out of our zone no more deliveries allowed for this Zone and im in the zone i am less than 3mins from this location 4828 Hill RD.
