10/02/2021, 16:29 5070 08115 059 2489, Club Manager: Tod GodFrey. I have been a member at SAM'S CLUB for more then 25 yrs. Due to the slow mailing system in this country I go into the club to make monthly payments. On Saturday, Oct. 02, 2021 at your Customer Service Department I was informed that the next time I will have to get into a regular line for check-out to make a payment. I just renewed my membership at your SAM'S CLUB and if I cannot get excellent customer service I will let my money do the walking for me. We have an excellent COSTCO CLUB that I also have membership with in Augusta, GA. "No customer service at SAM'S, no membership. Thank you.
