I was at your store this afternoon. I was going to purchase a pair of women's shoes and was told to get in line where there were 2 registers running. After one of your associates finished ringing up her sale, she proceeded to leave the register where there were 3 people ahead of me. I looked at her and said "really!" She then was told by the other associate at the register that someone was making a payment, so she proceeded to take that transaction. Then after that she once again left the register and grabbed what appeared to be a customer she had been helping that was not in line and take her up to the register. Appalled that waiting in line had no meaning to her when it was obvious working on commission was her only motive, I spoke up and she quickly told this customer she would take her at another register. I was not the only person in line that could not believe this was happening. I stated it doesn't matter what register you take her to. I then asked if anyone wanted the commission from my purchase and the associates all looked confused. So I put the shoes down and stated they lost this sale. It's unbelievable there are employees that have this much disregard for customer service that they will refuse to ring a transaction because they are not getting commissions on the sale. Their was a women in her 50's with blond hair. I have worked with individuals like this in the past and this is a disservice to a retail environment to have someone like this working for you. I hope you correct this, as I will be driving all the way to Lenox square tomorrow to get my shoes, as I will not be back to your shoe dept as long as you have this employee working there. Greed is the obvious motive here.
