This store has the absolute worst customer service! I placed an order online for pick up a few days ahead of time, decided that I needed to change the amount of pizzas I ordered so I called the store. They told me that there was nothing that they could do about it and he didn’t really know what to tell me to do….. that was after I had called multiple times and had been hung up on. So I decided to call the next day to speak with the manager, I was told that the systems were down call back in a few hours because I couldn’t look anything up. Called back about 2 1/2 hours later and they answer the phone with “hello” not cicis l pizza or anything like that, I had to ask if this was Cicis pizza because they answered it like it was a personal telephone! Asked them to speak with the manager & that the manager had told me to call back, she responded with “well we’re kind of busy right now can you call back later”. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
CiCi's Pizza - pasta salad spoiled and and poor customer service
When arrived i notified that i wanted a speciality pizza. I wanted a stuff crust cheese pizza and a bbq chicken pizza. Wasnt told that they were out of the stuff crust and when asked was told it was put on the buffet but then told me that they were out. The pasta salad was spoiled and and my pregnant wife was eating and had to throw it up. That was when she asked about the stuff crust.
