I bought hearing aids from them. They wouldn't work. I kept taking them back for adjustments. They sent them back to manufacturer. When I got them back, they still didn't work so I gave them back. She said trial period is over and couldn't do anything but replace them with same product. I said no thanks, they don't work for me. Now I have nothing except a bill for $3'000.00. How is that Fair? They were defective. There is a part of the finance papers that warrants defective material for a year' That's not passed yet but if something isn. t done, it will be!
Desired outcome: Refund, please let me know that you have received this complaint. I've also filed with the BBB. There has to be something somebody can do. I can't afford a lawyer right now.
