I'm a normal customer, I normally come in in the morning when I drop my husband off at work but this particular time I came in in the after noon. I asked 2 employees did they take snap/food stamp, she had a dry yes as if I was disturbing her because at the present time she was moping. I went a picked up the items and approached the counter I spoke to the manager he seemed as I'd he bother because he was trying to read something and a lined had formed. Before I asked him if they excepted ebt he was like yeah so I'm trying to explain to him that he had to type the number in he stated as long as It go through it doesn't matter and went to attending the other customers. So I sat there and waited for him to walk back and he was like what's the problem and I told him if you would've slowed down and listened you would've heard me say you cant type the number in. He states oh well we cant put the number in and asked me to leave. It's a way you do things and that wasn't it. You didn't even attempt to put it in and ik y pi u guys can because they have done it for me at the stone mountain location in which I stay. And I am a manger at coca cola and I will be speaking with our time in reference to this matter about our contract. This just shows me how other customer are treated. But if I would've pulled out cash or one of my cards ot would've been no problem.
