We stop in this waffle house every Saturday to get to go breakfast. We always order a fiesta omelet with a side of sausage and a double cheeseburger plate. The past 3 times we haven't received our sausage and were charged for it. This past Saturday my bottom bun was soaked completely with grease... unacceptable. I know there is a gratuity added for to go orders which is all good but we also give them an extra $10 also. When you try to call the phone is always busy and when it does ring an automated message comes on saying we are not taking to go orders. What kind of business is this if you can't even talk to someone on the phone? I am beyond upset. Our money is getting taken for a product we are not receiving and poor food quality.

Waffle House - Employees being loud!
Visited the waffle House #1966 in Covington, GA on Thursday, June 10, 2021.
Time 4:$5 P.M. The two employees working were very loud, My husband & I
couldn't have a conversation. We have visited this restaurant several times.
There are always family or friends visiting with the employees that are loud as well! Food wasn't prepared to the usual standard. Served grits that were not warm enough to melt butter & clumps as well.
Desired outcome: Expect better service .
