Greetings, I ordered in the drive thru. I gave my name and specifically told him no cheese. I stop by this location at least 2 or 3 times a week. I order the same thing every time. For some reason this morning, I get to work open my meal and cheese is on it. I cannot eat CHEESE! I called the store 3 times. First time I couldn't get anyone, 2nd time a black female put me on hold never came back. After holding for 10 mins, I hung up. I called back immediately, someone named Aaliyah answered told me the manager said she came to the phone, but I never said anything. If that was the case, why did I have to disconnect the call and call back? However, I asked for the manager's name she has told me Latoya. I asked to speak with Latoya, she (Aaliyah) said Latoya is on a 30-minute break. I said, at 8:30? Who is in charge? Aaliyah said she is the supervisor. I asked her, why didn't you tell me you are in charge? I told her what my compliant was and that I wanted my money back because I spent $8.31 on a meal I can't eat. This location has two of the most unprofessional incompetents lying managers I have ever had to attempt to communicate with. Neither one of them showed compassion or empathy for my concerns. It seemed like they are inexperienced to be members of management in the customer service field. I did not receive a receipt either!
