1. This store is horrible. It always has an odor. The parking lot is is always dirty. The selection of Fruits and Vegetables is abysmal. I avoid going in there. I needed Seltzer Water and Aldi does not carry the 2 liter bottle and I don't care for Walmart.
2. The lighting always looks like you're trying to save money. Compare it to the new Publix at Sam's Crossing.
3. There are too few/ hardly any Handicapped Space near the main entrance to the store.
4. This store is in an area of rising demographics and home prices. $300,000 is a cheap house for the area. Within a Mile there are homes $800,000+. I guarantee you that they are not shopping in that. store. I live equidistant to the Caroline St. Kroger and the former Commerce Drive Kroger in 30030 which recently closed. Commerce Dr. was my favorite of the 2. Caroline St. is always out of Seltzer water and I have to stand in line for a long time to buy just a few things.
5. I'm finally writing what I have been thinking for a number of years. You're missing out on a lot of customers who refuse to shop at such a run down store where it's apparent that nobody cares.
Desired outcome: 1. more and better Handicap parking near the entry. A cleaner parking lot.2. a cleaner better lighted store that does not have an odor3. Better selection of fruits and vegetables
