Went to My local UPS store at 96 Craig street, Ellijay, Ga. 30540 #4805 to try and return a package to Amazon, the lady said she could not ship it, said it was open! She said she could repackage it and ship it but would charge me! I said I already printed out the return label and there was no need to repackage it, she said well I'll have to charge you to tape it closed! I'm like what? It says when returning to Amazon that you don't even need to package it, that UPS will do it for you! (It say's "show return code to an associate at the UPS store, who will scan the QR code, pack, and ship your return for free)! What is really upsetting I did the very same thing the week before, same store different associate! When I left the store with my package and went out to my car, I called corporate to see if this was their policy! They said NO that it was not their policy, and did not know why I was told this, or why I was told I had to pay to have it taped! He apologized repeatedly. He did fill out a complaint on the store while I was on the phone with him. I don't think or I very"seriously doubt" it will do any good because looking at the reviews on this one store, this sort of thing that happened to me along with a lot of other complaints have been going on for quite sometime! They also have a very low rating!
Desired outcome: For someone from corporate to look into all the complaints this store has received and address them!
