Zaxby's - management

My son is an employee at Zaxby's. There was a discrepancy with his schedule and a miscommunication problem between him and his manager, Zina. On Sunday, 4/4/19, Zina called Andre at 10:30am questioning why wasn't he at work. He then explained to her that he had no way to work nor it was not his scheduled time to come to work. When he got to work, she told him the excuse of not having a way to work was unacceptable and she then threatened his job. Monday 4/8/19 I went to Zaxby's to speak to Zina. She was not there so I spoke to another manager, Penny. I explained to her the scheduling discrepancy and told her what was said to Andre from Zina. Penny said that Zina should have not spoken to andre the way she did and she should not have threatened his job. She also told me that she has had several parents complain about Zina and the way she has spoken to other staff members and mistreated them. I explained to Penny that my son Andre is a minor and does not drive to work. I, his mother, is his only means of transportation to work. If his schedule was going to be changed he should have been notified to make sure he had a way to and from work. According to both Andre and Penny Zina has changed Andres schedule to Friday 7-11, Saturday 5-11 and Sunday 1015a-9pm without notifying him. His Sunday hours are totally unacceptable! Andre is a minor can not work those long hours! Andre also has brought it to y attention that since he has been working there several have quit due to no organization and the mistreatment and poor management from Zina. Today Sunday 4/14/19 Andre went to work at his regular scheduled time at 5pm. He said Zina told him to go home because he was supposed to be to work 10:15am. It's obvious there is either no communication between management or Zina totally disregarded the issue regarding my sons schedule. I went to Zaxby's to speak to Zina to resolve this issue and I patiently waited 40 minutes to speak to her. After being told by several staff members that I was waiting to speak to her she never came to speak to me, she sent another person to talk to me. Instead of speaking directly to me she avoided me! I went to the counter and asked her for a few minutes of her time to handle this situation and she proceeded to yell at me in front of customers and other staff members! As a manager I felt she handled very unprofessionally! I ffel like she should be reprimanded because of her not being professional and for the mistreatment of my son and other staff members!
