Hi my name is Theare. I recently visited one of your location on Tara Boulevard and Old Dixie in Jonesboro Georgia. The time was about 2am or so and when I pulled up the doors was locked to the location. However I see a worker on the inside talking to someone at a window on the side of the building. I go on the side of the building and I see they have it set up like a drive-thru. Having never seen this before at any Waffle House I've ever visited this is completely new to me. I walk up to the window where she says I have to place my order there so I did. Not wanting to wait in the cold I return to my vehicle where I then pulled to the Lane that was in front of the order window. After a couple of minutes a male worker comes to the window and says I wasn't supposed to park there. I explained to him didn't know because I've never seen this setup before but I think it'll be fine considering I'm the only customer in vehicle here. They continue to make my food and I leave. Today I just returned there and I parked in front of the cones they have. Not where he had stated previously that I wasn't supposed to park but close. As I walk up to the window to place my order a female worker by the name of Kendra I believe sounded very upset explaining that I can't park there say they told me yesterday. Which was completely untrue not one person told me to move my vehicle they said I wasn't supposed to park there. I explained to her that I'm not in the same place I parked yesterday and that my vehicle is fine... then she continued with an attitude after asking her name very politely I might add as I am an officer and was in my complete uniform...
Desired outcome: A desired outcome for me would be for employees of the Waffle House to worry about service and quality of the food as opposed to parking enforcement.
