Zaxby's - Customer service / paying and getting nothing

So, I understand very well that people/places run out of things from time to time. But your franchise is LaGrange, GA on Lafayette parkway needs some very serious help with ordering products for that store. On 3/12 I did an online order and got fried pickles, they were not even going to tell my husband that they were out of the pickles, until he went back in there and told them he was missing them. Then they said they would give him a credit because they had nothing else to substitute it for, which was fine except I never got my credit. Fast forward to today 3/22. Benefit of the doubt lets order online again. Other failed attempt to not give me my drinks I ordered with my meals. Now I paid extra to get the large cups, go get my stuff I have to ask for the cups to which the lady behind the counter asked me what size, then informed me they only had small cups. So fine can I get my large, small cups that I PAID for. No I'm sorry, can I take the price of those larges off your bill, NOTHING. Hands me 4 cups and walks away. So I ask do you have a carrier I'm here by myself with 4 drinks and 2 bags of food? To which AGAIN I get the attitude that we don't have any carriers, no let me help too, I'm sorry, NOTHING, just walked way like things were ok. I know you can look at schedules for that store and see who was working 3/22 @6:30pm and please give every single one of those employees a refresher course in CUSTOMER SERVICE, because they have all forgotten what that is. And I'm done giving the benefit of the doubt to them, I will make sire everyone I know, doesn't use that place again and how rude they are to their paying customers. But apparently I keep paying you guys to give me NOTHING and I'm done giving you money and not getting what I paid for or even offered my money back.

Desired outcome: Better training for the staff, because that was so beyond rude of all those employees in that building to act like they couldn't do anything to help me.
