I was working for cracker barrel in lake park georgia from january 13, 2021-october 26, 2021. I washed dishes there it was part time. I went to worklike I was supposed to my child was transferred by ambulance on october 24, 2021 I stayed home because I had to work. Her dad was with her so I worked my schedule the last day I got to work was october26, 2021. I was scheduled off 27, 28, 29 and I was scheduled to return back the 30 from 12-5 but on my days off I was also in gainesville wiyh my child she had gallbladder surgery. Her surgery had nothing to do with me working. Cracker barrel took me off the schedule. That was absolutely wrong and the decision was not true. My benefits should have not been touched. I continued claiming my weeks until my account was locked and georgia wouldnt unlock it. I verified my identity. They still wont contact me on my claim and ive appealed it so long ago half the year is gone. Georgia should have to 0ay me back pay from november until now I was approved again in april of this year I want and need my money.
