Been going to this location 9 years now, always received great service, until 08/25/2019, approx. 11:10 pm. At the drive thru, waiting in line over 30 minutes, only one vehicle ahead of me, never moving forward. When I get to the window, I asked what was the problem. There is about 15 vehicles behind me now. The Rep at the window stated he held up the line because he was overworked, pissed off, so what? I took my food, drove home about 7 miles, to notice he didnt even give me the correct order. Now, thats horrible customer service, and that young man was sorely in need of an attitude adjustment!
