I find the actions of Zaxby's to be appalling and disturbing during this time (Covid-19 Pandemic) where individual's Health and Safety could be compromised yet a franchise such as Zaxby's does show a care or compassion for it's employees. What I mean is that, Zaxby's does not compensate its employees for hazard pay, but yet the employees are exposing their health and lives to the virus each day they're interacting with co-workers and not practicing social distancing and/or either with customers through drive thrus. Although in some instances employees may not directly interact with the customers however, employees leave each day to go home to their families whom they come into contact with possibly exposing their famillies from being around coworkers and/or, the employees may expose one another from the contact they have with their families. To add insult to injury, Zaxby's does not offer meal discounts to their employees. Your employees are busting their tails and earning minimum wage yet their not deserving of a discount especially during a time of crisis. Many families are out of jobs no income coming in, Zaxby's may be the only income for some families. How could Zaxby's not offer a discount as an incentive to all of it's employees as an appreciation especially now. You would rather your employees pay full price for meals, throw food away each night instead of offerring to your employees is sad. Because of this I will not continue to be a valued customer and make sure I share your treatment of employees throughout the communities here in Georgia.
