Kroger - Manager

It all started when I transferred from Kroger 1670 Scenic Hwy, Snellville GA 30078. At that store I was in trained as a service station attendant, where I completed my training. One night as I was closing down and taking the key to the main store, I encountered a car approaching me several times. The car was circling around the area a lot. Immediately fear set in, because I knew I had made deposit drops and I had to key to lock and unlocked the door.

I immediately told my manager of this incident, to which her reply was "I can't do anything about what's going on outside the store"
With that in mind I star calling the other Kroger stores to see what was available to transfer fearful for my life. I contacted the store in Loganville GA 4753 Atlanta Hwy 30052. Spoke with Mr. McCuller who told me to come on out, he said he was praying for a MOD. With no experience as a MOD I went out he interviewed me told me he knew I would work out.

He mentioned he had just prayed and there I was. I was excited thankful for the opportunity.
I have had supervisor experience from previous jobs. With his confidence and my experience as a supervisor and my confidence I knew with training I would work out. I spoke with Marquitta in H/R she was confident. Then I was told the person from the Kroger in Snellville I previously work, when they called to set up the transfer Ms Chester gave me a bad rep. She told Marquitta I was not reliable. I'm in total shock.

I had the problems with Ms. Chester at all I thought. I don't know if because I wanted to transfer that upset her or what. So Mr. McCluller and Marquitta proceeded with the transfer told me they would take care of that. I started work at the new location on the Nov 15th. Everyday going in doing my MOD training meeting store associates' manger employees. Until Nov 17 I went to work a manger that was on vacation when I started came back. Everything changed Her name was Ericka She accused me of stealing tea and chicken from the deli. She said I was walking around with the tea in my back pocket trying to hide going to the back of the store eating.

I was in shock all her allegations were false. That morning I stopped at a Quick Trip as every morning I stop at Hardees, McDonald, several places to get breakfast before going to work. I really thought it was a prank or something. She asked me to provide my receipt for the tea, which Kroger doesn't sell, I told her I got the tea from Quick trip which I have a witness. She said I picked up chicken from the deli that was laid to the side. The chicken was there for me because Charlette refunded me from the old chicken I had purchased. But no one asked her anything. I was in the office Mr. McCluller, Marquitta, Ericka all of them was attacking me, like I was on a trail I didn't believe it. Mr McCuller who hired me told me God sent me to him didn't believe me nobody.

I broke down starting crying telling them all they were wrong for that. I asked Mr. McCuller why did he hire me and set me up like that I only worked 1 week he didn't give me a chance. He told me it wasn't gone to work out he didn't even me a pink slip. I left feeling deviated, hurt, couldn't believe they did me like that set me up for failure. Who does that? Now I left the other store went there now I'm jobless. I have kids what can I do for them jobless. I pray someone would look into this because with everything going on in the world today, no one should be treated like that.

I know
Kroger is a great company all my people shop there, I just feel they don't know what a lot of managers are doing at their stores. Whatever they say about me to cover themselves, I know I was doing a good job I did everything I was asked to do, and what they did to me God see it all. Ms Chester started it all by lying on me, I believe from her conversation that started everything.
