I requested service for my refrigerator on 6/4/2022 a technician came out very hard to understand he told me he did not know and left. I called the company that came out and said the technician ordered parts? However they are on back order for 18-20 weeks I called ahs to ask what am I to do I was told someone would call be back that did not happen, so I phoned again and was told that I can take a cash out of $220.00 what am I to do with this I asked and was told this is what we can give you I paid a $100.00 service fee so in actuality they are offering me $120.00. I can't get a manager or someone in charge to help me I have been a customer for 2 years and this is the respect I get!. I will be cancelling with them but in the mean time I have no fridge and $120.00 is totally unacceptable. Terrible business practice I hope someone sees my complaint before purchasing with this company.
Desired outcome: i would like to be given a fair price to purchase another refrigerator since parts are 5 months out
