Waffle House - Poor customer service

Please do not ever go to this Waffle House in Austell, GA 3635 Austell Rd SW, Marietta, GA 30008.

They are horrible with customers and racist behavior. I was just there a few days ago to get breakfast. I walked in and was not acknowledged period. Though this caucausian elderly woman spoke to, greeted, seated and served a caucausian man. I kept waiting at the register and she walked past me repeatedly without mumbling a word.

Finally an african american woman greeted me after about 5 minutes of me standing at the register. Then still no one took my order. I asked if I could at least sit down and the black woman just motioned to the window to a dirty table for me to sit at.

When I sat down the manager came from the back because he'd seen how long I'd been standing around mumbled something about someone serving me and took drink order. The table was sticky with syrup, crumbs and just nasty. The older caucasian woman approached me without giving contact and plopped the water glass down on my table.
I was livid. Then I was served cheese and eggs with half cooked bacon that I returned. By this time I was getting late for my appointment and had been in that store for over 20 minutes with tacky, biased racist service.

The sad part about it is they were not even busy, perhaps 3 other customers in the whole store other than myself.

I am appalled at their blatant disrespect and condescending manner in which they handled me. I had waited as everyone else i.e. the white the white waitress served and ignored me. I also observed them serving other customers (and giving them) attention and taking their orders.

I told them I would be making a complaint and the tone was still "oh well" with their body language. I eat at Waffle House daily but this was my first time at this one, but I WILL NEVER go to this establishment again. And may just not deal with Waffle House ever again. I was so turned off and hurt by their behavior and detestable customer service.

I can get bacon and eggs elsewhere. My morning was ruined by this organization.

Desired outcome: Apology and refund because the food was as horrible as my experienc.
