I ordered $59.89 worth of food to be delivered on 4/10/20 at 8:24pm from store # 031207 ticket #140 invoice #125. I received a confirmation email stating delivery at 9:15pm. At 9:34pm I called the phone number provided to inquire about my order due to it not being delivered yet and no change had been done on the updated tracking on the app. A young lady answered and got my order information and put me on hold for 3:13mins. She return to tell me they were just then packing it up for delivery and that they were " low on drivers." I asked why the time wasn't updated or I wasn't notified and I explained that it had been over a hour since my order was received and I live 10 mins down the road. She rudely said again " we don't have enough drivers for delivery and it's not my job to make sure you get your food. I just answer the phone." Not once did I get a apology or offered a discount or any form of customer service. The order was finally delivered at 10:06pm in a clear garbage bag and due to the steam in the bag all 3 pizza boxes were soaking wet and the crust on the pizzas were soggy. This is just very disappointing. I understand with what is going on everyone is careful and stressed but a little common curtesy would go a long way.

Mcdonough, GA. Writing a comment about how disturbing the train is been being for the past 5 months after losing my job for no reason. I was at Luxica warehouse working at my job. This guy all of sudden for no reason yells at me and I asked to leave and I can't work their any more. I tell the guy the train to loud and disturbing and now I hear it 24 hours a day and all through the night. I've paid taxes in this town for decades. Also, ever time I pass the railroad track I'm stuck their for 5 minutes waiting on the train to pass. These companies are uncalled for and causes too much traffic and so are all the warehouses built.
