Affordable Dentures & Implants / Affordable Care

On 9/29/23 I was seen at Affordable Dentures 559 Bullsboro Drive Newnan by David Matoban at @12noon. I was very excited they could fit me into the schedule for a quick 30-minute insert replacement to my clip implants. That 30 minutes turned into 1 hour of horrific & extreme TORTURE, by HIM. SERVERE and unimaginable PAIN, unimaginable, embarrassment, and Fear ON SITE & a evening & night & next mornings as I type this of Mouth PAIN, Gashes on my upper Gums, swollen face, lower back pain & Server Head ace. He decided to do an impression & said to me, the procedure would take 35 mins & I would be out the door. This included my inserts for the upper screws & adjustment. He said the impression material needed to sit in my mouth for 6 mins. I said ok & he then walks awayed. well 6 mins passed and now it's 8-9 mins and a young lady & man comes over to remove it. She tries with all her strength & she can't. (2times) He tries & can't (2) times, they have both pulled down trying to detach this material from my Screwes & gums.. It's not releasing! The material is now a complete solid concrete material around my scews and gums now.. I am now screaming as they are trying to force it out & off. I am now scared, so I try myself, It won't release or losen.. They go to get David Motoban to try, he's gripping, pulling downward & trying, I'm yelling as he's pulling & he stops. It won't come out. (his 2nnd long attempt with him now) he tried again, it's still attached to my scresws and gums. he then says, I am going to have to ripe it out with all my strength. He then goes to stand behind the patient chair I'm sitting in, to try to force it out by standing behind my head. I'm holding his arms and yelling as he continues to pull from behind my head into my mouth. My mouth is now bleeding as he pulls and pulls from he inside of my mouth but from behind to get a better grip & they Caucasian guy says, “man I could not do it”. Dr Motoban says, “yeah it takes a lot of muscle”. I'm now stretched out sprung up & my body is stiff & lifted from the chair, feet pointed and yelling, holding on to the center of his arms as he YANKS IT OUT AND IT FEELS LIKE HE HAS RIPPED OUT MY SCRWES & GUMS!. I sit there bent over in the chair, holding my mouth, crying as the other women brings me servarl paper towels to spit the blood in, a cup to spit in and more paper towels to wipe my tears…as she keeps saying how sorry she is. What was a $450 fee, I told him I wasn't paying for this & I hate I ever came through this door as I sob. With tears rolling down my face, he then says, you'll be ok in 2 days… rise with salt & water & walks away.. I reply WHAT?! Louder as I gets his attention while he leaves me. I told him you are not even compassionate & so insensitive to what you just put me through! He walks away as now others try to console me of this torture. He then comes back & I inform him, as to this could Not be the normal procedure & this is unacceptable! He said it is, I said well if it is, you should have given me the “disclaimer” explaining to me, your process and pain that I would have to go through which was all this & I would have said no! He says don't cry ma'am, you don't have to pay then. I said “I am not & neither will my insurance for this unexcused, unacceptable tortured Pain & experience here. I walked out in pain, bleeding & full of extreme traumatic emotional anxiety that I could not drive. I sat in my car in the parking lot and cried… he called me after hours at 5:57 pm to ask me again if he could give me pain meds because he had asked while I was there, and I said “No I just want out of here”. no I just want out of here and he said I want to apologize for the experience today. 9/28/23, Last night I couldn't even chew bread or oysters it hurts so bad. My whole face is in pain this morning and I can even close by mouth all the way for to the pain & swelling of my gums

Do not visit this place. THe actions on site was not one of compassion and this was HIS negligence. I hate I ever walked through that door & sadly, what they did to my clip denture, they could not get it out afterwards.. Once they realized it was again now too tight.. I said leave it, because I could not take anymore pain.. But it feels to be lose in the roof and back which means, I went through all this to still have to have another dentist repair. But I am terrified to sit in another chair. His license should be revoked!
