I called today at 12:53pm. Taisha/Aisha answered the phone. I asked if I can check and see when my payment will be withdrawn today. I was provided acceptancenow phone number when I called it gave me a busy tone and I explained this to her. She said it is the right phone number and started screaming at me. Her behavior was very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager and she transferred me to another employee named Adrian. I asked to speak to a manager once again and she refused to connect me to a manager and said that they all are busy and that there's nothing I can do. Adrian also had a huge attitude with me and she ended up explaining that acceptancenow can only take 1 call at a time and to keep trying. Why didn't Taisha say this in the first place? This is the worst experience I've ever had.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
