I work for door dash and when I came to get the order, which they took almost 5 minutes before they responded, then it took almost 15 more minutes before it was brought out. She said I forgot a cup holder. I have so much on my mind being the only hop. I told her I need the cup holder and that I'd pull up by the door so it's not to much trouble. She just stared at me and then rolled her eyes and said it's ok I'll bring it to you. But obviously she wasn't coming back. So I pulled up by the door and she's standing there carrying on a conversation having forgot about finishing up with the customer first. But a different hop helped me out thankfully. I don't complain but when someone is trying to work and you wanna be a child and cost me money and it's not the first time.
Desired outcome: I would like some kind of acknowledgement to this.
Sonic Drive-In - the amount of time it takes to get service and the attitude and professionalism or the lack of!
I sat in line for 25 minutes watching people drive off while waiting in line in the drive through this makes twice in the last two weeks I stop every day and it progressively has deteriorated as far as service goes! And after waiting in line the best part is no apology still full price and they even made it seem like I was dumb for waiting so long! I go to this sonic because I like to keep my money local and have for 20 years but I don't think I'll be visiting again. It's gotten bad like this before and I complained but after the experience I had tonight I'm just gonna have to find another sonic!
This place is always a joke. The hire the most disrespectful dirtbag kids and let them do pretty much whatever they want. Seems like the only one serving anyone is the dope man in the Acura tlx serving the kids up while they work.
