Hello, this evening I went inside the burger king at the address above. I placed my order as printed on the receipt attached. The cashier was pleasant and that's where it stopped. I entered the store and there was only one customer before me who eventually received his order. I placed my order for the impossible burger meal at 8:50pm, well I watched five more customers come in and leave with their order! I then went back up to the counter and stated to them that i've been waiting eighteen minutes for my burger! I stood back and waited longer and I could hear the conversations of the cashier asking to please go ahead and fix my burger, the male in blue shirt who appeared to be in charge stated that yea he see's the order for the burger, but there was no urgency, no apology or explanation for the delay. I then witnessed a family come in and order, after a while they also received their order for dine in. Please know that i've already paid for my meal and by now and i've become very frustrated and feeling totally disrespected as a paying customer. Now i've looked at the time again that i've been waiting which now is (25) twenty five minutes!
I was very angry and frustrated at this time, so I thought it was best for me to leave the store without receiving my food and not receiving a refund, rather than have words with the same people who have displayed nothing but disrespect towards me.
I've never had this problem before and i'm a regular customer at this particular location. I ask you to please look into this encounter, hopefully there is video to view for replay. Thank you in advance for responding
