The receptionist at the Centerville Hwy center named Shaundra was very rude and unprofessional. While she refused to process someone who was 10 minutes late for an appointment, she then rescheduled another person's appointment for the same day and time and the person was basically a walk in while the other young lady was only 10 minutes late and a new donor. Shaundra wouldn't even help the lady who was late and became very annoyed when she was asking questions about how to go about rescheduling instead of trying to help the young lady and she made sure to not offer any type of help or assistance for a new donor. This makes us all wonder if this center is really seeking new donors or not, this is the only center with this problem as I have asked other people who were hours on end late to their appointment, but was able to get the help that they needed and was able to donate on the given day.
