Absolutely terrible service. Waited abt 5 mins to even have anyone acknowledge us when we walked in. We were the only guests In line. The girl who was behinde the counter was obviously struggling to read... she didn't look us in the eye and kept having to ask other coworkers what to do. We waited a total of 25 mins for our food and would likely have waited longer if my husband hadn't insisted another employee fill the order that was getting cold sitting in the window... the food was decentalthough cold by the time it was handed to us. Iv been in food service for 7+ years and never seen anything like this.. at one point the girl who kept her back to us staring at the screen (trying to read I assume) turned around and said.. "do you want a refund?"as If that was a common problem.. no! I want the food I payed for that's been ready for 10 mins. A little communication goes a long way but this was a borderline disrespectful lack of attention to the consumer. The girl with the headset who seemed somewhat competent was too busy running in and out of the restaurant to smoke weed with someone in the parking lot to even help out her struggling team. Beyond anoying.. unacceptable. Where is the management?
Claimed loss: Un enjoyable breakfast.
Desired outcome: a manager needs to pick up their slack or fill positions with capable employees. My husband said were not returning unless they give him free breakfast.
